Transport for London is looking to put in place its first senior PR
team. The body for integrated transport is looking for a director of
communications. The appointee will head a team of 28 and report to
commissioner for transport Bob Kiley. In the interim, the post has been
filled by consultant Chris Bailey. The position of chief press officer
has also been created. The postholder will devise the body's media
strategy and liaise directly with Kiley, the director of communications
and staff at the Greater London Authority.
