MEDIA BRIEFS: Text messaging service from 19 mag

IPC Media title 19 magazine, which is aimed at 16 to 21-year-old

females, will begin its text messaging service on 10 November. Around

26,000 readers have signed up to receive snippets of news, products and

gossip via their mobile phones. 'We can strategically target any age

group,' a spokeswoman said. The service has been set up by mobile

marketing group Aerodeon.
