The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has recruited
Manchester-based City Press PR on a B2B brief for the north-west. This
appointment, made without a pitch, is part of an FSB pilot scheme to
increase its profile in the regions. City PR managing director Charles
Tattersall heads a three-strong team and reports to FSB area policy
development officer Paul Henly. 'If this scheme in the north-west is
successful it may be adopted in all 12 of the regions,' said Henly. The
FSB represents 160,000 members across Britain.
