Richard Clark takes up his post as BBC home news editor next week. The former home planning editor replaces Fran Unsworth, who was appointed head of political programmes. Clark will be responsible for the daily deployment of correspondents on TV and radio across 13 networks, from BBC1 to Radio 4 and BBC News 24.
