BORDER LINES: Pro-Vision wins football comps

MOSCOW: Pro-Vision Communications has landed a contract from the Kozhany Myach (Leather Ball) young footballers' tournament and the Kubok Natsii Danone (Danone Nations Cup) children's world football championship, to provide full-scale PR support. The project's main task is to resurrect and modernise the traditions of children's football competitions in Russia, and to draw the attention of both children and their parents to the possibilities of a sporty way of life. The Kozhany Myach tournament was first held in 1964 and in the 1970s and 1980s it enjoyed enormous popularity across the former Soviet Union.
