BORDER LINES: Goldman Sachs puts PR to pitch

HONG KONG: Goldman Sachs is reviewing its retainer relationship with Hill & Knowlton for regional PR support and opening the account to a full competitive pitch. At least four international agencies are understood to be pitching for the regional brief, believed to include Burson-Marsteller, Weber Shandwick Worldwide and Hill & Knowlton. The 'six-figure' account includes a broad remit for corporate support in Asia's key financial markets. Goldman Sachs reviews its outsourced PR every two years. Neither the bank nor H&K would comment on the pitch.
