Tim Wilson, founding editor of Internet Business magazine, has formed a PR consultancy, Wilson Church. It will provide media relations for the hi-tech and b-to-b sectors. Wilson said he'd been on the receiving end of PR for three years, 'and decided the time had come to do something about it'.
