MEDIA BRIEFS: Top Sante Health and Beauty gets new ed

emap elan's 180,000-selling Top Sante Health and Beauty has a new editor, starting on 4 December. Juliette Kellow joins the title from emap esprit's Slimming magazine, where she was also editor. Deputy editor Alison Hall is acting editor at Slimming until a replacement is found. Keller, a trained dietician, joined as associate editor four years ago. Slimming has a circulation of 98,400 a month.
