PARIS: Thomson Corp, the joint venture launched by Hill and Knowlton and J Walter Thompson last December to offer integrated communications solutions, has acquired French PR agency RPCA. The 15-strong agency, founded in 1984 by Caroline Allain, specialises in agrifood, hygiene and healthcare PR. 'The acquisition of RPCA gives us the chance to develop our consumer marketing activities in the French market, an activity which is one of the main strengths of the H&K network and represents more than 30 per cent of our worldwide revenue,' said Paul Taaffe, H&K president.
