CCD wins energy drink brief

- CCD PR has been appointed by Scheckter's Organic Energy to launch an energy drink in the UK. The agency's nutrition team will be responsible for raising the brand's profile across national and regional media, as well as offering online support through a social networking campaign.

- Road Communications has won a brief to provide comms support to new healthcare services organisation, Spring Rehabilitation Centres. Spring provides rehabilitation services using physical, talking and occupational therapies for patients with serious muscular-skeletal injuries. Spring's first residential centre opened in Surrey at the end of March, with plans for several more to open across the UK.

- Clementine Churchill, the BMI-run hospital in Harrow, has launched an awareness campaign urging the public to take control of their digestive health for National Gut Week (22-28 August).

- Brandnation has been appointed by Primal Lifestyle to handle the UK PR and media for its Vibram FiveFingers footwear brand to capitalise on the growing trend of 'barefoot' running. The agency will promote the entire range of Vibram's specialist barefoot running shoes, focusing on the benefits of barefoot running and promoting events in the UK.
