LSI Independent Utility Brokers, the UK-based utility brokers, has appointed Redleaf Polhill to handle corporate PR. The brokerage was founded by Laurence Saffer in 1994 following the deregulation of the utilities industry. The account will be led by Jenette Greenwood, director of Redleaf Polhill's professional and financial services division.

Singapore Technologies Telemedia, an Asia-Pacific-based telecoms firm with investments across Europe and North America, has called in Kreab Gavin Anderson to provide strategic comms advice.

Deloitte, the international accounting and consulting firm, has appointed North East-based Robson Brown to handle its PR in the North East and Yorkshire.
