BORDER LINES: Air Afrique gets new PR director

IVORY COAST: Mansour Diop is the new director of comms for Air Afrique, the pan-African airline which is jointly owned by 11 African nations, and which is presently undergoing a partial privatisation. The airline also recently announced that it was opening up some of its capital to Air France. In his career with Air Afrique, Diop has been editor of its in-house magazine, second-in-command of marketing and assistant to the director-general in charge of communications.
