Fieldworks will run integrated PR and marketing campaigns for the company and build on the PlayNetwork’s ties with Starbucks.

PlayNetwork is a global media provider to retail, restaurant, and hospitality brands.

The company was set up in Seattle in 1996 and is now active in 75,000 businesses, across 70 countries, reaching more than 23 million people a day. The firm is also known for finding new music talent from independent labels.

Dharmendra Patel, managing director EMEA at PlayNetwork, said: ‘The worlds of fashion, music, media, design and technology are all merging and speeding ahead faster than they ever have and we want Fieldworks to help us to reach the media, our targeted prospects and a host of influencers in and around these industries.’

PlayNetwork entered the European market in February with acquisition of the UK's Absolute Audio Systems.
