Melia International, formerly known as Sol Melia, has hired Katch PR to focus on the brand name change and its international expansion.

Melia International has more than 350 hotels and 87,000 rooms in 35 countries on four continents under its brands.
Melia International has recently opened a hotel in Shanghai and is set to open properties in Rome and Dubai later this year.
The new Rome hotel will be the first resort to overlook the Vatican with rooms that offer a 360 degree view of the city.
