PUBLIC SECTOR: TSO selects Forster to launch web site

The Forster Company has been appointed by The Stationery Office (TSO) - the Government's publisher of official information - to launch its new national web site for head teachers and school managers. Account director Sean Larkins will lead a team of three and will link with the TSO PR team on the 12 month contract. The TSO web site has been designed to build an e-community to help improve management and school leadership resources. Larkins' wide-ranging brief includes working with educationalists to identify and find solutions to the problems faced by head and senior teachers.
