Battlefront is an online and TV project that follows a group of young campaigners who over two series have tackled issues such as gun and knife crime and giving autistic people a fair chance to work.

EdenCancan will be profiling the new series, which will air on Channel 4’s youth slot T4 and online in the autumn. The agency will be responsible for the digital, celebrity and media profiling as well as the programme PR.

Each campaign will have a celebrity backer and EdenCancan will manage these collaborations.

EdenCanCan creative director Nick Ede will also be mentoring the campaigners to help them gain the best media coverage.

He said: ‘I’m going to be helping the campaigners really get their messages across by offering them media training and some, I hope, PR expertise.’

The programme has been backed by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and celebrities Alicia Keys, Example and Emma Bunton.

Clegg said of the programme: ‘This is an initiative that I hope will make young people feel that they have a voice at the heart of government.’
