Lava, the marcoms agency, has appointed BT senior digital content and SEO manager, Emily Leary, as head of digital. Leary will report to managing director Matt Hammerton. She is charged with building the consultancy's social media division.

MyMemory.com, a website that specialises in bespoke photo books and products, has appointed 10 Yetis to handle its first public relations campaign. The campaign is designed to drive traffic, increase general brand awareness and counteract the trend to keep digital images hidden away on computers.

Franklin Rae has promoted Leigh Turnbull from director of operations to managing director. Jill Franklin, current MD, will become CEO and focus more on the agency's international growth.

Harvard Public Relations, the digital agency of the Bell Pottinger Group, has signed up Pete Marcus as a director from Citigate. He will look after Harvard's Sky Broadband business and build on the agency's consumer tech offering. He will report to Harvard MD Louie St Claire.

Realise Digital has hired EML Wildfire to manage the launch of a Facebook game, Beauty Town, from Dynamo Games and Channel 4. The digital agency has briefed EML to carry out a consumer PR launch programme for the game, which will promote positive messages about the female body image to women aged 13 to 30 and 40+, the largest and fastest-growing demographic of social gamers.

Make, the Huddersfield-based digital agency, has been appointed by Just Milk to optimise its website and related e-communications for mobiles.
