PUBLIC SECTOR: NHS Direct calls for new comms officer
NHS Direct, the telephone advice arm of the national heath service, is expanding its operation in London and is seeking a communications officer to cover its two call centre operations in the north of the capital. The newly-created position is part of the fourth wave roll-out of NHS Direct. The successful candidate will support the communications needs of the call centres, and will report to a senior line manager Steven Jeffery. They will also receive professional support from senior communications managers situated in regional and national offices.
