MEXICO CITY - GCI, led by president and CEO Bob Feldman, will merge its existing Mexican operation with newly acquired Gcom-Kaufmann to create GCI Mexico. It will be headed by Gcom founder Oscar Kaufmann. Forty people will staff the newly combined offices in Mexico City.
