Women are the target of a new magazine produced by the Government and the National Magazine Company's Good Housekeeping. The one-off magazine, called Voices, combines information and 'inspirational stories' and is aimed at 'helping women make the most of their lives'. It focuses on subjects such as finance, returning to work after a break, the internet, health screening and part-time education.
