NEW YORK: Gavin Anderson has acquired Washington-based Chlopak Leonard Shechter in a deal thought to be worth more than pounds 15 million. The PA and corporate reputation firm will continue to trade as CLS in its main US market, where it works for clients including Oracle and Seagram. Under the deal CLS founder Robert Chlopak will become executive vice-president for the Omnicom-owned Gavin Anderson. He will report to Richard Constant, the company's worldwide CEO.
