NEW YORK: BSMG Worldwide is beefing up its corporate reputation practice, by appointing Mitch Stoller senior managing director of its KRC Research division
Stoller, who was poached from corporate reputation firm Sherpardson, Stern and Kaminsky, will report to Andy Polansky, vice-chairman of BSMG Worldwide and president of the New York office.
Stoller, who had previously worked at Burson-Marsteller and Ogilvy Adams and Rinehart, will be responsible for 'co-ordinating with the KRC Research unit to explore corporate business opportunities featuring a research component,' Polansky said.
Stoller has expertise in issues management, litigation support, environmental issues and speechwriting, Polanksy said. Stoller explained that his previous work in an integrated firm had given him the experience to tackle BSMG's client development challenges. 'One of the strengths of BSMG is its heritage in crisis management and corporate communications,' Stoller said. 'There is a lot of new business coming in and part of my job is to take the lead in developing the new clients,' he added.
