Staffordshire University has appointed a new head of marketing to oversee its entire communications operation. With a brief to develop the university's branding and marketing strategy, Chris Taylor has direct responsibility for the public relations office and the press office, the marketing communications team and the design and print unit. He joins from Northumbria University where he spent five years leading its promotional activities.
