James Gurling, the GPC director made redundant last week by the agency's new London MD Kevin Bell, is widely tipped for a strategic planning role in Lib Dem leader Charles Kennedy's office in the run-up to the general election. Bell, who ousted Peter Bingle from the role last month, has also asked senior consultant Dawn Parr to leave the company.
