MEDIA BRIEFS: New controllers for Channel 5 programmes

Channel 5 is to shake-up its programming personnel. There will now be two senior programme controllers: Michael Attwell, currently controller of features and arts; and Chris Shaw, controller of news, current affairs and documentaries. Below Attwell are programme controllers responsible for drama, entertainment, children and religion; those responsible for sport, special events and interactivity report to Shaw.
