The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) has appointed Pearson Communications on a project-by-project basis following a four-way pitch.

The first project will see Pearson conduct a campaign for the fourth NBMBAA and African and Caribbean Finance Forum careers fair in London on 15 November.

The fair, called 'Recruiting for the 21st Century: Leadership Through Diversity', targets African and Caribbean graduates and professionals for recruitment within the UK corporate spectrum.

MD Paul Pearson will lead a team of three reporting to NBMBAA president and CEO Antoinette Malveaux.

Pearson will also handle the association's British Diversity Awards and Conference.

The agency was founded three-years ago by Pearson, who is a former PRO to model Naomi Campbell.
