The agency’s ‘extraordinary service in ordinary situations’ campaign will support the brand’s current above-the-line ‘Rockstar Service manifesto’ creative.

Devised by Brando partners Elvis and Dare, the May advertising campaign highlights Virgin Holidays’ added value service promises. Kicking off at the end of May, Brando’s campaign will combine media stunts and news activity and media relations to bring Virgin Holidays’ offering to life.
Last July, Virgin Holidays appointed Frank PR for six months to handle consumer PR around the 'Rockstar Service' campaign about fictional band 'The Danke Schons'.
