Dailey will both work with the agency's clients and use his existing relationships to deliver communications strategy, leadership, internal comms and message presentation services.

For the past two years he has been MD at Dailey and Associates, a training, coaching and comms consultancy specialising in media and presentations coaching and training, executive advisory support, strategic messaging and sales training.

Previously Dailey had been head of corporate affairs at Standard Chartered Wholesale Banking and held similar roles in London at Credit Suisse Asset Management, GAM and JPMorgan Asset Management.

Before his banking career, he held a senior comms position during the handover in Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and had an 11-year career in television with TVB in Hong Kong and CBC TV in Canada.

Andy Eymond, founding partner at Madano, commented: 'Mark’s appointment is part of our continuing effort to deepen our value to clients and to more closely focus around our founding idea of providing support and counsel in four key areas: strategic positioning, external and internal stakeholder engagement, and market & stakeholder research.'
