MEDIA BRIEFS: Flood takes MD role at EONews

EONews, the news service for technology investors, has appointed Gary Flood as managing editor. The former deputy editor of Computing magazine will lead the seven-strong editorial team and handle the day-to-day running of the site. He reports to content director Chris Price, previously IT correspondent at The Financial Times, who has a strategic role concentrating on business development.
