1. Last week, as royal wedding fever kicked in, London commuters and journalists were handed roses by Maasai Warriors. The roses were intended to promote Kenya as a romantic destination and remind people that it was where Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton. The colourful capers were arranged by the Kenyan Tourist Board and Hills Balfour.

2. Members of Hill & Knowlton's tech team dressed as Easter bunnies last week for the launch of the Energy EGG, a device that can switch off a TV when it is not in use. The sketchy-looking bunnies visited the BBC. Lucky them.

3. Corrie's Brooke Vincent teamed up with Shine Communications' new recruit Jonny Smith (aka Robin) and volunteers from V, the national young volunteers service at Carnaby Street. All became 'heroes' for the general public by doing good deeds as part of the launch of Global Youth Service Day in the UK.
