From Viagra-laced ale to Wills and Kate pizza, it seems no low is too low for the PR industry in the UK. Digital agency Albion focused on the other royal wedding due to take place. Full marks for the campaign slogan: 'I'd rather be at Zara and Mike's.' Flack's favourite stunt was the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home 'Wills and Kate dogs'. Alas, as Flack went to press there was no sign of Redwings Horse Sanctuary reeling out a Wills horse ...

When Santander blocked the international student account of Shan Udawatte, forcing him to sleep rough in Aberdeen, he responded by getting the story published on thisismoney.co.uk. 'Santander made me sleep rough at 0 degsC' was the headline. The 27-year-old recently moved to Aberdeen to study for a masters degree in corporate comms and public affairs. Presumably he's not gunning for a role as Santander's corporate affairs director any time soon ...

Finally, Insight Public Affairs director John Lehal tweeted to his followers last week that he was 'itching to throw some bhangra shapes on dancefloor'. He continued: 'Correct, at 4 in the afterrnoon.' Who says those lobbyists don't like a drink or two? (Er, nobody - Ed).
