Media Briefs: Wallace moves to news at the Mirror

The Mirror's showbiz editor Richard Wallace is to become head of news. Conor Hanna, who has been promoted from day newsdesk to news editor, will report to him. Former head of news, Eugene Duffy, will become associate editor (news) and David Leigh, currently number one on the newsdesk, is considering 'several other top jobs' on the paper, according to a spokeswoman.
