Manchester-based advertising and PR agency Redman Jones and Partners is reaping the benefits of being non-league football club Morecambe's shirt sponsor.
The giant-killers - known to fans by their nickname the Shrimps - showed the world that they're no shrimps in the run-up to Christmas when they beat Cambridge United of Division Two in the second round of the FA Cup.
Redman Jones is set to gain even greater coverage as Morecambe progress to tomorrow's (Saturday) third round, where they face this season's surprise Premiership success story Ipswich Town at their tiny Christie Park ground.
Redman Jones makes a plausible claim to being the only agency in the UK to sponsor a football team. To test this, its PR director Tony Greco has thrown down the gauntlet to any other agencies sponsoring teams - challenging them to a match.
But could this success be causing the agency to make more rash promises than a PR man in a pitch? Chairman Stuart Redman said: 'If Morecambe beat Ipswich I'll wear the Shrimps mascot outfit in the agency for a day and Tony Greco will wear it at the next game!'
