Allied bakeries appoints Wild Card for Allinson and Burgen bread brands

Allied Bakeries has appointed Wild Card to handle consumer campaigns for both the Allinson and Burgen bread brands.

The new appointment was made as a result of a competitive pitch. 

Wild Card founder and managing director Kate Wild said: ‘Both brands offer huge opportunities for PR to reach out to existing and new audiences and we have some really exciting initiatives planned over the course of each programme.’

Wild Card’s campaign for Allinson Bread will see the agency seeking to build on the bread brand’s heritage and personality with existing and new consumers, inspiring trial and locking in loyalty.
The campaign for Burgen Bread will build consumer awareness of the brand as a healthy bread that does not compromise on taste, attracting consumers that are ‘knowledgeably’ healthy.
