ITN has shifted its retained corporate and public affairs business out of Brunswick and into recently launched comms consultancy Pagefield.

At the same time, Pagefield has picked up the retained corporate account for Camelot. The National Lottery operator did not previously retain an agency but is understood to have also used Brunswick on a project basis.

The wins are a coup for Pagefield, which was set up by former ITV comms chief Mark Gallagher last December.

Before joining ITV, Gallagher worked as corporate affairs director at Camelot and as public affairs director at ITN. Pagefield also has Ben Rosier, former controller of corporate and media relations at Camelot, on its books.

The agency did not take part in a competitive pitch for either account.

Working with the Camelot in-house team, Pagefield is to provide corporate PR and public affairs support and work alongside partner company, Unspun, on events management for one-off projects. For ITN, Pagefield will offer support on public and regulatory affairs, and corporate PR.
