Doyle has built a 16-year career in financial comms, working in Hong Kong, London and Dubai.
He joined Capital in 2002 and, based in the firm's London office, he helped establish and build the agency's Middle East and North Africa operations.
Prior to joining Capital MS&L, Neil worked on the international team at Citigate Dewe Rogerson.
Andrew Walton, head of FD's financial services practice, commented: '[Doyle] brings with him a wealth of experience that will be of great benefit to our many international financial services clients. As a well-known and comprehensively-networked individual in the international financial services community, I know he is looking forward to getting started.'
Earlier this week FD announced the promotion of former Sunday Times business editor John Waples to take control of its UK operations.
