Border Lines: BSMG takes over Scotchbrook

NEW YORK - BSMG Worldwide has acquired financial and corporate agency Scotchbrook Communications, which reported revenues of more than pounds 2 million in 1999.

NEW YORK - BSMG Worldwide has acquired financial and corporate

agency Scotchbrook Communications, which reported revenues of more than

pounds 2 million in 1999.



The agency has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. The

ten-year old firm, which counts Goldman Sachs and Walt Disney among its

clients, will be renamed Scotchbrook BSMG Worldwide. The operation will

be led by Godfrey Scotchbrook, the chairman of Scotchbrook who will now

spearhead BSMG’s expansion attempts in southeast Asia, together with

senior partner Ong Choon Hwa.
