Stop Press: Highett to develop HR at GCI Financial

GCI Financial has appointed a new director to develop its human resources department. Paul Highett joins the agency from his own personnel consultancy, PHCSL, to the newly-created position. Reporting to GCIF chairman Rupert Ashe, Highett will be working on a brief to build the department, concentrating on recruitment, training, appraisals and developing employee skills.
