Lewis, who was a director at Freuds, will take up a new creative director position. He has also previously worked at consumer shops Frank PR and Resonate.
In his new post, Lewis will work alongside creative director Dan Glover and report directly to Mischief MD Mitchell Kaye. He begins his new role with immediate effect.
Mischief’s clients include Budweiser and new holiday comparison site Travelmatch.co.uk. The agency has also recently been appointed by Virgin Money to promote its London Marathon sponsorship.
Last year, Mischief PR was crowned PRWeek's Consultancy of the Year, the youngest ever agency to win the accolade.
