Brunswick and Pelham Bell Pottinger have been on either side of the deal that saw Diageo buy Mey Icki, Turkey's leading spirits producer, for $2.1bn. Brunswick is retained by Diageo, while Pelham Bell Pottinger has been advising retained client TPG Capital, which has owned Mey Icki since 2006.

Temporis Capital, a London-based investment boutique that focuses on the sustainability sector, has brought in Abchurch Communications to handle corporate comms and raise the profile of the company. The agency has also picked up UK briefs with the Global Banking Corporation of Bahrain and City stockbroker WH Ireland Group.

Orchid Developments Group, an AIM-listed Bulgarian-focused property developer, has appointed MHP Communications to handle financial PR. Orchid currently has three residential and six commercial property developments in Sofia and Varna.

Yearsley Group, the Manchester-based frozen food specialist, has called in Bell Pottinger North to manage its b2b PR requirements.

RPMI, a UK pensions administrator, has asked Redleaf Polhill to handle external comms, focusing on administration, trustee services and investment businesses.
