The Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) has appointed

London-based The Counsel House to promote the national roll-out of its

Solicitors Property Shop (SPS) subsidiary.

The residential buying and selling company boasts a pounds 1.5 billion

operation in Scotland and the north-east of England after moving south

of the border early last year.

SPS puts vendors and purchasers in contact with registered

solicitors.

Properties are then promoted through several outlets, such as the

internet, to find interested parties - speeding up and lowering the cost

of the agreement processes.

’ESPC’s internet operation is spearheading the company’s success and we

will be concentrating on promoting it heavily throughout the rest of the

UK,’ said Christiane Morris, The Counsel House partner leading the

account.

The Counsel House was appointed without a competitive pitch and reports

to ESPC marketing director Simon Fairclough.

’With the launch of SPS into the English market, we clearly needed

additional PR resources to promote the service to a wider audience,’

said Fairclough.
