Flack: (Saving) on expenses - The Crazy Bear, London W1T

Reviewer: Jenine Creaney, senior account co-ordinator, Talk PR.

What is it good for?

The Crazy Bear in Fitzrovia is a fun, stylish and lively place to take journalists and clients for good quality food. The decor is impressive; dark and intimate with mirrors everywhere.

I took a journalist there recently to try the new, more affordable, lunchtime Bento boxes, which were delicious. It's also good for after-work cocktails - but make sure you book a booth.

Signature dishes

The Bento boxes are beautifully presented. Mine had prawn tempura, chicken and cashew nuts and jasmine rice. My guest went for the spicy tuna sushi roll, prawn yaki soba and steamed pak choi, which I devoured when she couldn't finish it. The jasmine tea mojito is a must-try.

Who's the boss?

Eria Vasiliou, who has been there since the restaurant opened in 2004.

Tips please?

Check out the downstairs bar. The leather walls and alcoves are perfect for small groups.

What's the damage?

£16.50 each for the Bento boxes.
