Tudor Reilly and Red Health to handle Sanofi-Aventis diabetes portfolio

Global pharmaceutical firm Sanofi-Aventis has appointed two new agencies to provide PR support to its UK diabetes portfolio.

Following a five-way competitive pitch, healthcare agency Tudor Reilly will provide comms support for Lantus, the only 24-hour insulin approved exclusively for use once a day.

Meanwhile, Red Health will work on the launch of the company’s new blood glucose monitors and drive campaigns to enhance the firm’s reputation.

Christina Chalé, communications specialist at Sanofi-Aventis UK, said: ‘We are committed to remaining at the forefront of care so that people with diabetes have a real choice over their best treatment options.'
