MEDIA: MEDIA BRIEFS - Ward replaces Bailey as head of IPC tx

IPC Magazines has named Caroline Ward as managing director of IPC tx, the television magazine publishing arm of IPC. Ward replaces Sly Bailey, who has been promoted to chief executive of IPC. Ward was previously publishing director, overseeing business development and new media initiatives. She takes up the post on 1 December.
