Get Connected, the one-stop helpline which directs young people in
need to a range of charities that can help them, has brought in Justin
Irwin as its communications manager. The role is the first PR position
to be created in the charity, which launched in February this year.
Irwin’s brief will be to work closely with director Di Stubbs on PR
strategy and to raise the profile of the charity among its key audience
of under 16-year-olds, with a target of doubling the number of calls to
the charity’s helplines over the coming months.
