Gavin Anderson and Co has appointed Stefan Kosciuszko, formerly
head of the Asia-Pacific equity capital markets division of Schroders,
as a main board director, located at its London offices.
The appointment is part of the agency’s drive towards strengthening its
capabilities in transaction-driven projects.
Kosciuszko will be responsible for building an equity capital markets
team in London and building the division up outside Gavin Anderson’s
three existing markets - Paris, Frankfurt and London.
’I always enjoyed working with PR agencies on floats,’ said
Kosciuszko.
Kosciuszko has been in banking for 20 years and has experience in
privatisation and equity capital raising projects in Europe and Asia. He
will advise both UK and European companies on communications strategies,
particularly those working on takeovers.
Kosciuszko will report to Howard Lee, MD and head of Gavin Anderson
Europe.
Lee said the appointment would bring the company experience in raising
equity finance through privatisation, on an international scale.
