The takeaway sandwich franchise wants agency help to develop a national PR strategy, working in tandem with Subway’s ad agency McCann Erickson and brand agency Momentum.
Incumbent McKenna Townsend will not be repitching, but will continue to work with Subway at a national level across its CSR and nutritional leadership programme, franchise development, corporate and crisis and issues management. The agency will also continue to work with Subway at a regional level.
Six agencies have been shortlisted.
The request for credentials states: 'The focus will be on consumer-facing activity, running the day-to-day press office and crisis and issues management at a national (not regional nor local) level.'
