Railtrack Scotland has appointed Dorothy Fenwick, the former

communications manager of Scottish Homes, as its corporate affairs

head.

Based in Glasgow, she oversees a team of eight and replaces Fiona

Callison, who left at the beginning of the summer to join Shandwick in

Scotland.

Fenwick will report to Railtrack Scotland zone director, Janette

Anderson.

Rory MacLeod, Railtrack Scotland media manager, said Fenwick would see

if changes to the team were necessary.

’She will see if there is a basis for changing the responsibilities of

individuals,’ he said.

Fenwick, who is chairman of the IPR in Scotland, had been seconded from

Scottish Homes to Lothian Health Board as public affairs manager. She is

a former journalist, and has worked with the Scottish Development

Agency.
