The agency will handle brand PR and consumer press for the entire Trevor Sorbie Professional product range as well as the MG range for men - both of which will be available only in Boots.
Previously Trevor Sorbie Professional’s PR was handled by besboke fashion and beauty agency Stephanie Churchill PR.
Trevor Sorbie Professional operates three high-end salons in London, Manchester and Brighton and sells a range of products including shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, hair straighteners, hairdriers and styling products.
Carol Stephens, commercial director at Trevor Sorbie, said: 'Kilpatrick’s brief focuses on positively communicating the fact that we are openly targeting the glamorous and slightly more mature female who is an often ignored yet serious consumer of beauty products and is searching for winning shortcuts to glamour. Kilpatrick PR will be working closely with women’s consumer media, both online and traditional, as well as the men’s press for the Mg range.
'We chose to work with Kilpatrick due to its beauty credentials and based on recommendations from press and industry contacts. Myself, Trevor [Sorbie] and the team are looking forward to working with Kilpatrick PR over the coming years.'
Kilpatrick’s other clients include make-up brand Laura Mercier, Molton Brown and Tabac.
