Road wins DNA account

Road CommunicationS has won a brief to handle PR for DNA testing laboratories, Anglia DNA. Road will consult with the firm on the commercialisation and branding of its diagnostic testing services and tools.

Based in Norwich, Anglia DNA specialises in paternity, maternity and sibling testing for personal or legal purposes.

Axon Communications, the specialist healthcare agency, has expanded its New York division with the appointment of Mark Khan as vice-president, client services and business development. Khan, who joins from his supervisory role as senior director, client services at US healthcare consultancy Scientivity, is to work on a number of international assignments alongside Ralph Sutton, the London-based managing partner at Axon.

Pfizer has extended its digital initiative aimed at men who are reluctant to visit a GP. The Man MOT website, which launched in July, will now continue until May. The site offers online surgeries on Monday evenings, when men can chat anonymously to GPs about health issues and be referred to their own GPs if necessary.
